Do We Accept Financial Aid?

-Yes! We do accept Financial aid. August rent still needs to be paid, but we understand that student excess checks may not come exactly on September 1st and we are willing to work with you!

What if we have our own Furniture?

-That’s fine! In the event that you do not want to have the unit furnished or certain furniture items that we provide in the unit. Just give us a heads up, and we will most definitely work with you! There’s also the option of merging both sets of furniture! Definitely can't go wrong with more seating!

Does Magnolia Reserve allow 6 Month Leases?

-Unfortunately we do not lease out 6 month leases, but that doesn’t stop you from signing a 12 month lease today and eventually subleasing!

Are we able Sublease?

-Yes, We do allow subleasing! All we ask is for notification of wanting to sublease and for the resident to find someone to take up subleasing their current unit.

What’s included?

-Washer & Dryer in Unit, A Very spacious living room, bedroom and kitchen space. Water included in rent, Electricity cap $25 per bedroom, but the unit only has to pay the difference of overages. Smart lock doors, Smart Gate lock System, Smart Package System, Mailbox, Smart Thermostats, 24 Hour Amenity center, and Guaranteed Resident Parking.

How does Parking Work?

-Every resident is guaranteed an assigned parking space. Any guest spaces will be first come/ first serve.(Subject To Change.)

Are EMS Pets Allowed?

-Yes, EMS Pets are allowed! Just notify us that you have an EMS pet and upon approval of documents, the pet fee & deposit will be waived.

What will Security be like?

-Magnolia Reserve plans to provide a very safe, secure, and luxurious student housing experience to its residents. With 24 hour Surveillance cameras located in various spots around the property, a gated fence with smart lock access, as well as smart door locks with protected & monitored(per request) access for our residents. Security is one of our top priorities.
